At Domain Stadium we believe our Event Staff are one of the most important factors that contribute to the customers’ overall event day experience. We therefore strive to employ staff who are committed to providing a high level of Customer Service to all patrons at the stadium.
Event work occurs on weekends, late afternoons and evenings. Rostered times will vary depending on the venue’s fixtures and it is essential that your availability is flexible to suit these times.
Positions occupied by event staff can include:
Perth Stadium Management is looking to fill a limited number of positions for a specific team of customer service specialists who will assist our Management Team in delivering our Customer Service Strategy at all events held at Domain Stadium.
Successful applicants should have the following skills and abilities:
- A natural ability to deliver exceptional customer service face to face
- Be confident and have the maturity to direct the public in a busy environment
- Have strong problem solving skills
- Work well under pressure and during periods of high demand
- Possess exceptional communication skills
- Work well in a team environment and independently
Shift times will vary. The nature of event work requires you to be available to work on the weekend and the occasional weekday evening. Work is seasonal from February to October, with the possibility of summer work.
